IRNOP was founded in 1993 as a loosely coupled network of researchers and has developed from there, adding researchers in countries all over the world. The IRNOP network connects scholars with a background in business, economics, engineering and other fields, with a common interest in projects, project organisations and temporary systems. A skilled hand and a cultivated mind

The 14th IRNOP conference and IRNOP doctoral symposium will be held in Melbourne, Australia and will be hosted by RMIT University. The doctoral symposium will be on Sunday 9 December 2018. The conference will be from Monday 10 to Wednesday 12 December 2018 and will focus on RMIT’s logo theme “a skilled hand and a cultivated mind”, which is particularly apt for this conference of applied research on Project Management, and project-based organisations.
